To view your hidden replies, click or tap the hidden reply icon which will be available in the bottom-right of your original Tweet.
To see the hidden replies on Twitter, go to the tweet. On the Twitter app, you may see hidden responses. To see Twitter’s hidden replies, tap this symbol. It will display a list of replies that the Twitter user has concealed.
To view the replies that were hidden, a tweet’s author will tap on the hidden reply icon found in the bottom right of the author’s original tweet. Anyone can view a hidden reply by tapping on the / icon found on the reply and selecting Unhide reply.
Got to the tweet. You will see a grey icon right to the time of the tweet. If you hover over the grey icon, you will see a message regarding hidden replies as shown in the image above. Click on the grey icon to view hidden replies.
How to find your hidden inbox for Twitter DMs
- Open the iOS or Android Twitter app, or visit Twitter.com.
- Tap the Messages tab.
- Along the bottom of the screen will be two options: Inbox and Requests.
- The latter is where you can view messages from accounts you don’t follow.
To hide a tweet, tap on the menu arrow in the upper right corner of the tweet, then choose the new ‘Hide reply’ option on the menu that appears. In addition to hiding the tweet, Twitter will prompt the user to choose whether they would like to block the people who shared the hidden tweet.
