Erika joined Evolution in 2019 as our media strategist, negotiating tough but fair media placements.  She has more than 25 years’ experience with traditional media and the ever-evolving media landscape.

Her career started in Atlanta, where she gained a diverse agency and client environment from small to mid-sized to large, bringing to Denver a very well-rounded list of media capabilities.  Not only varying media (Print, TV, Radio, Out-of-Home and the very early stages of online/digital), but also a wide variety of national to regional/local clients, including airlines, packaged goods, ski resorts, fast food companies, banks, hospitals, breweries, automotive manufacturers, lotteries, retail, media companies, non-profits, and others.

Because of Erika’s vast experience with many different clients, targets and media, she brings to Evolution extra tools in her toolbox of creative solutions to reach our client’s target at the right time and at the right cost.  She has a knack for executing media plans that are small in budget but mighty in effectiveness.

Erika moved to Denver in 1998 and is thrilled to call Colorado home.  She grew up in Florida, received a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and was happy to swap her surfboard for a snow board.  She’s raising three Colorado kids, whom also love the Rocky Mountain lifestyle, as well as a 20-year-old cat, Gertrude, and a hedgehog named Emoji.  Erika wants to leave the planet in much better condition than when she arrived and does her part to reduce her carbon footprint, conserve water, limit single-use plastics and loves to talk about solar and electric vehicles.
