Barb earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Media Studies from the University of Northern Colorado, and has worked for some of the metro area's most popular radio stations, including KIMN, KALC, KRFX and KBPI. She has more than 20 years of experience in media, integrated marketing, sales, and project management. Barb develops and implements work plans, and effectively manages complex project budgets ranging from $5,000 to over $1M. She is proficient at monitoring workflow and contract deliverables while successfully juggling multiple projects in various stages of completion.
On the Evolution team, Barb is responsible for all English and Spanish media buying, working with diverse clients such as Town of Parker/Parker Arts, Connect for Health Colorado, Clínica Tepeyac, and Tri-County Health Department. Barb also manages a wide variety of agency projects and contracts, including the Colorado Department of Human Services "Speak Now!/Hable ¡Ahora!" statewide social marketing campaign, and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's "Quitting Smoking is Covered with Medicaid" project.
Barb volunteers for the Cherry Creek Academy Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) and is a food pantry volunteer at Growing Home in Westminster.
