Anne Smith is one of three Principal owners of Evolution Communications Agency, LLC. With partners Katie Trexler-Kern and Erich Kirshner, Anne is involved in the day to day management of all agency projects, as well as new business development through the forming of strategic partnerships, grant writing, and responding to requests for proposals. Anne’s client list includes Connect for Health Colorado, Oral Health Colorado, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and Tri-County Health Department.


After serving nearly six years on Mayor Michael Hancock’s Denver Latino Commission, Smith currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Servicios de La Raza, a 40-year old human services organization.  She has received awards from Denver Public Schools’ Multicultural Outreach Office and Servicios de La Raza for her commitment to the health of Latinos in Colorado.


Prior to beginning her own communications firm in 2007, Anne worked in Denver media for over 20 years, managing business development departments for KWGN/Channel 2, KUSA/Channel 9, and the Entravision Communications suite of Spanish-language television and radio stations.
